About BJ BREWER
The founders of our company, B.J. & Susan Brewer have been involved in the homebuilding and residential real estate industry for over 30 years. B.J. grew up in a builder family and has held positions from On-site Salesperson to Regional President for several Builders throughout Texas. He has also served as an expert consultant and trainer to many companies around the country. BJ is a member of all major local and national home building and real estate industry associations. He currently or has previously served on numerous association boards of directors and special committees for charitable events. BJ has also served as host of his own radio program The New Home Showcase Hour, for over four years.
Experience with more than $500 million in home sales transactions convinced them that most real estate transactions could be simplified and streamlined with a little education on the part of the buyer or seller; more efficient processes; and the proper use of technology. This increased efficiency translated to lower costs. Lower costs allowed lower fees. Thus the rebate program was born.
The past few years BJ and Susan have provided home buying and selling assistance (along with rebates) and mortgage services to Clients and Customers all across Texas. The company has provided over $1 million in rebates over the last 5 years to over 300 clients across Texas. The additional funds from the rebates helped many of them to qualify for first homes while others were able to upgrade or add desired options to their new homes.
